Terms and Disclaimers

You must be at least 13 years old to use Perfect Shot Club. Do not use the service if you are under 13.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account. Sign out on shared devices and contact us if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

You keep ownership of the espresso logs, recipes, comments, catalog submissions, notes, and other content you create. You give Perfect Shot Club permission to host, display, process, back up, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Private beans, gear, shot logs, private recipes, and private notes are private by default. Public sharing is opt-in. When you publish a recipe, comment, vote, or catalog submission, that content may be visible to others and may be used to improve community discovery and future recommendations.

Do not post spam, harassment, abusive content, profanity intended to evade filters, illegal content, private personal information, misleading reviews, fake endorsements, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

If you have a material relationship with a brand, roaster, equipment maker, or seller that could affect how others view your recommendation, disclose that relationship clearly in public content.

Moderators and admins may remove, hide, or edit public content; approve, reject, or normalize catalog submissions; restrict accounts; or preserve moderation records when needed to keep the service useful and safe.

Perfect Shot Club helps users log espresso and compare community starting points. It does not guarantee that a recipe, grinder setting, temperature, pressure, brew time, or recommendation will work with your equipment, beans, water, grinder calibration, or taste preferences.

Use your espresso equipment safely and follow manufacturer instructions. Hot water, steam, pressure, electricity, grinders, and cleaning chemicals can be dangerous. You are responsible for deciding whether a recipe or setting is safe for your setup.

Perfect Shot Club does not provide professional, health, food safety, equipment repair, or commercial cafe operations advice.

Perfect Shot Club may offer a 7-day free trial, paid plans, or premium features. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment-provider details will be shown at the point of purchase.

If you start a paid subscription, you are responsible for reviewing the plan details before purchase and managing renewal or cancellation through the billing tools provided in the app or by the payment provider.

The service may change over time. Features may be added, removed, renamed, limited, suspended, or unavailable for operational, security, legal, or product reasons.

We may update these Terms and Disclaimers by changing the date on this page and, when appropriate, adding in-app notice.
